Do I need to know what to automate?
No. Start with a department and the applications it uses. Task analysis helps identify candidates. A useful outcome can also be a simpler process or a decision to keep human execution.
What is free and what is paid?
Activity monitoring for all connected users has no separate fee after installation. Installation is ₽10,000 once. Monthly support is mandatory and quoted separately; AI usage is additional. Scope and fees for analysis, the pilot and engineering work are agreed separately before work begins. There is no published all-inclusive monthly price.
What is recorded and who can see it?
The system analyzes recorded work actions. Before connection, agree which employees and applications are in scope, what data is collected, where it is stored, retention and access, and how sensitive information is excluded. Confirm which restrictions the selected setup can actually enforce before recording begins.
Can AI act without approval?
Observation does not authorize execution. Agree on a scenario, permitted actions, human checks and pilot budget before launch. Expanding beyond those limits is a separate decision; AI can still make mistakes.
Does freed time mean money saved?
Not automatically. Freed capacity can support new work, growth without hiring or reduced staffing needs. Cash savings depend on actual changes in expenses, after including human checks, running costs, implementation and support.
Are these real customer results?
